• 8-day Meditation Challenge - live sessions from 4-11 August (07:30–08:00 CEST) with short preparatory movement and breathwork before meditation.

• Live Lion’s Gate - Full Moon Evening Ceremony on Friday 8 August (19:30–20:45 CEST) : An evening of collective presence and meditation at 20:08 CEST, with space for reflection and sharing.
