Circle of Connection - Spiral 1 (EUR) / April 2024

In this 8-week group experience we’ll explore the fundamentals of heart-centered connection and conscious relating through Circle.

We’ll practice holding clear intention, presence, and open hearts to meet ourselves and each other, as we are, in the moment.

This opens space to experience more self-awareness, authentic joy, compassion, intimacy, and freedom to be yourself with others.

You will learn the key elements of conscious connecting or authentic relating, as well as Circling, so that you feel confident to make it a regular part of your life and all your relationships.

All genders, all ages (over 18) are welcome. No experience required.

What you'll get:

8 Live weekly meetings online, each 2h, facilitated by Georgina & Bas.
A closed group journeying together each week.
Facilitation, teaching, transmissions, and mentoring by Georgina & Bas.
Recordings of any teaching and transmissions only (no recordings of circle practices, sharing or break out rooms)
Summary notes for easy reference.
Support and suggested explorations for weekly home practice in between group meetings.
