Spring

Beltane (1 May)
The Festival of Wild Love

Themes of the Month:

The Art of Living Kindly & The Art of Holding Space
Sacred Union of Masculine & Feminine

"How lovely to think that no one need wait a moment, we can start now, start slowly changing the world!" — Anne Frank

Beltane (1 May) is an ancient fire festival celebrating the fertility of Spring, when the Green Man and the Flower Maiden come together for nature to burst into life. We can call this Wild Love and it was also a traditional time for courting and weddings.

In our own bodies we may feel this rising life force, enthusiasm and joy. It is a time to cultivate our gardens, nourish our bodies, and work on the intentions and projects we have chosen to manifest this year.

Check out the Beltane Guide and resources in the Wisdom Well.

Our Wise Living Challenge of the Month is linked to our journey with 'the art of living kindly'.
