To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. Persons under 18 are prohibited from using the Services. We reserve the right to modify any information provided (hereinafter “Content”) without notice. We do not guarantee that the Content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We assume no liability for inaccuracies or omissions.
While Georgina Peard is based in Switzerland, Services are available globally. Accessing the Site outside Switzerland is at your own risk and responsibility for compliance with your local laws.
Order of Services
We aim to describe and display our Services accurately. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur, which we reserve the right to correct. We may refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing or content.

Using another person's email or impersonation is strictly prohibited. You must not use your account for illegal or unauthorized purposes and must comply with the laws of Switzerland and your local jurisdiction.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Eligibility for refunds depends on the specific Service or product. Each offering will have its own refund and cancellation policy stated on the relevant sales or signup page.
If you cancel and are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Cancellation does not void your payment obligations. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments per Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to causes beyond our control (“Force Majeure”) including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, or pandemics. If a Force Majeure event lasts longer than 60 days, we may terminate the agreement without further obligations.
Materials You Submit to the Site
You must not upload or submit copyrighted or protected materials unless you have explicit permission. You are liable for any copyright or intellectual property violations. You warrant that you have the right to use all submitted content. If Georgina Peard is held liable for your submission, you agree to fully indemnify us, including legal fees and related costs.

Warranty and Liability
We deliver Services with professionalism and care but do not guarantee specific outcomes. Individual results will vary depending on multiple factors, including dedication and personal background. We are not liable for third-party content or advice shared during programs.
All liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes direct, indirect, and consequential damages. Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence and, where legally required, capped at the total amount paid for the Service in question.

Survival of Provisions
