An embodied exploration of deep listening and connection through touch.

A 2.5-hour experiential workshop exploring how deep listening, embodied awareness and conscious touch can help us slow down, relax and meet ourselves and another more deeply.

You'll be guided through individual and paired practices exploring presence, non-verbal communication and clothed, conscious touch.

You only need to make one booking and payment for both of you.

Please come with a partner, friend or someone you already feel safe and comfortable exploring with. You will stay together for the paired practices throughout the afternoon.

The workshop will be guided primarily in English, with French spoken and translation offered as needed.
